Gen X Transformation Program

 

This message is for my brothers and sisters who've hit middle age and wonder what happened. 

Have you looked in the mirror and wondered where this person you are looking at came from? 

I was the kid who worked out at the YMCA, lifting weights and following the latest workout plans from the muscle magazines. I got pretty strong, and then in my adult years got into bike racing and rock climbing.

 

But somewhere in my 40s, I got fat. There was still some muscle under there but I had that Dadbod everyone was talking about.

We were the generation who played in the woods and drank from the hose because our mom kicked us out of the house for the day. 

 

We survived in a world without safe spaces or the internet. 

 

We are now the grown-ups who are in charge. 

 

The business owners and managers who worked hard to get where we are. 

 

This should be the best time of your life. 

 

You've made some money and gained wisdom; many of us are now kid-free. 

 

Instead, you don't like what you see in the mirror, and you get out of breath tying your shoes, and your doctor lectures you about your health every time you visit. 

 

And if you are like many of my clients, you are always hurting.

I had no excuse because I knew what to do. I've been coaching people to their fitness goals for over 25 years. 

 

I just applied the same approach I do to clients with myself, and over the course of 6 months, I dropped 25 lbs and built a noticeable amount of muscle.
